Kirsten specialises in many aspects of corporate and commercial litigation and arbitrations and has worked on a number of high profile and complex matters in both supporting and leading roles. She has extensive experience in litigating at the High Court of South Africa, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court. Kirsten has also had significant experience in the running of complex and document intensive arbitrations for both local and cross-border clients. Kirsten has advised and acted for a large range of clients, including major banks, auditing companies, mining companies and pension fund administrators. She has also provided litigation support in forensic investigations.
