Khurshid specialises in banking and finance transactions with a particular focus in preference share funding transactions and leveraged and acquisition finance across sectors including telecommunications, mining and healthcare.  The lenders that she represents are mainly South African banks and financial institutions and the borrowers she represents South African corporates and private equity funds.  She has also represented international banks in respect of margin lending transactions to South African corporates.
