Ashleigh has expertise in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including local and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, due diligence investigations, group reorganisations, and the establishment and structuring of operations.
Ashleigh has extensive corporate and commercial law experience, including the drafting and negotiation of supply, procurement, services, lease, distribution and loan agreements.
