Pooja specialises in all aspects of dispute resolution within the areas of administrative and constitutional law, corporate and commercial law, public procurement, the law on corruption and bribery as well as mining and mineral law. She has been involved in various Constitutional Court proceedings and matters requiring legislative interpretation and government accountability. She has been recognised both internationally and domestically as a leader in Rule of Law litigation in South Africa. She has advised clients in the public and private sectors, including non-profit entities, and non-governmental organisations in a variety of fields including the transport, retail, construction, oil and gas, mining and aviation industries. Pooja spent a year at the Constitutional Court of South Africa as a clerk.
