Career
Alex Njage heads Bowmans’ Nairobi office Commercial Property Practice.
He specialises in commercial and retail property, real estate development, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence and real estate financing. He has particular expertise in structuring large-scale mixed developments, joint ventures, commercial and retail property; and conservation and tourism developments, including the corporate and real estate structuring of private conservancies.
Alex sits on the Contracts Committee of the Joint Building and Construction Council in Kenya.
He has an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law and Practice from the Kenya School of Law.
