Robin Carr is a senior consultant in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Employment and Benefits Practice.

He has extensive experience in litigation and employment law.

He advises on a broad range of employment issues, including mergers, transfers, dismissals, collective disputes, strikes, restraints of trade, discrimination, employment equity and sexual harassment.

Robin’s experience extends to appearances in the Labour Court and in arbitrations.

He has BA and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand. In addition to his South African qualifications, he is admitted as a solicitor on the non-practising roll of the Law Society of England and Wales.
