Sheldon Hamilton is one of Canada’s leading patent litigation lawyers. He is a partner in Smart & Biggar’s Toronto office and leads the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Sheldon has extensive trial experience focusing on issues of patent infringement and validity and damage quantification.
