Tatyana Neveeva has an extensive experience in dispute resolution in courts and international arbitration, namely under the rules of the ICAC at the Russian CCI, ICC, SCC, LCIA.
Tatyana’s expertise covers representation of both Russian and international clients in international arbitration. Her current mandates include a number of disputes heard by ICC and the ICAC at the Russian CCI.
Prior to joining the Firm, Tatyana was employed with international law firms MacLeod Dixon and Magisters.

Tatyana graduated from the Moscow State Legal Academy cum laude and had her LL.M from the Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences (with honors) and from the Durham University, UK (with honors).

The department stands out for its multi-jurisdictional enforcement work; acting alongside the firm’s white-collar criminal law team. Practice co-head Evgeny Raschevsky led on representing The Federal Agency for State Property Management in relation to an ad hoc arbitration in the construction sector involving the Republic of India. Counsel Tatyana Neveeva is also well versed in multi-jurisdictional disputes. In February 2020, it strengthened its cross-border offering with the arrival of counsel Andrew Lomas, who is qualified as a barrister in the UK; Lomas currently leadership of the practice with Raschevsky.
