Elena has over 20 years of experience in corporate, investment and employment law issues. She provides full-scale legal support to foreign investors in Russia and the CIS. Elena advises on M&A deals, establishing, closing and reorganizing businesses, hiring and dismissing employees, recruiting foreign workers, personal data processing, carrying out due diligence. She has vast experience of work with the finance, automotive, logistics, IP/TMT, mining, and other sectors of foreign and Russian business. Elena also advises international and national companies on the application of the Russian legislation in the field of personal data, including collection, storage and processing of personal data, as well as implementing of privacy policy.

Elena is a member of the working group in the “Personal data” area and the Competence Center of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media. Elena is also a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association since 2002.
