Career
Valery is a Partner and Co-head of the Litigation Practice and Head of the Insurance Law Practice. He has over 20 years of experience in the area of dispute resolution, having been involved in over 1500 litigation proceedings. He has represented his clients before the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation in a number of precedent-setting disputes as well as before the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Valery has represented clients before the Federal Antimonopoly Service and its regional subdivisions in the course of administrative proceedings arising from violations of antitrust laws.
Prior to joining EPAM, Valery headed a litigation boutique he co-founded in 2000.

Education
Valery graduated from the Law School of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1997 and obtained his PhD in insurance and competition law in 2005.
