The firm: EPA&P in Belarus is one of the leading Belarusian legal firms. The history of EPA&P includes more than 16 years: legal activity of the BelJurbureau law firm between 2003 and 2008 and the rendering of services under the Magisters brand between 2008 and 2011. EPA&P took part in the largest transactions and unprecedented projects carried out in Belarus which gave the team unique expertise. In particular, EPA&P has been rendering legal services within the all sovereign Eurobonds issuances and the pilot Public-Private Partnership project in Belarus – M10 road. The firm also advises international financial institutions on domestic loan agreements, providing on-the-ground expertise on Belarusian banking regulations. In recent work, EPA&P advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a loan to Saria totalling EUR 17m.
