Steven Cowins¬†advised The Cannon Place on its ¬£485m sale to Deka Immobilien of the corporate structure owning 78 Cannon Street - a mixed-use development including almost 420,000ft of Grade A office space and adjacent retail space. Cowins also acted for Lands Improvement, as joint venture partner, in relation to a ¬£400m residential and commercial development at Houghton Regis.
