Bob Grossman is Chair of the Israel Practice and began practicing securities, M&A and corporate law in the firm’s Miami office in 1982. With wide-ranging experience taking companies public, acquiring and selling companies, and as a business advisor, Bob brings a practical business-oriented approach to his clients’ problems, focusing on accomplishing his clients’ objectives effectively and efficiently. He has represented a diverse collection of public and private companies, including companies in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, ag-tech, health care, energy and natural resources, technology and software, and communications industries.

Bob is the Chair of the firm’s Israel Practice and is a frequent business visitor to Israel. In addition to representing Israeli companies seeking to do business outside of Israel, the firm’s Israel Practice Group provides assistance to Israeli and U.S. companies in all legal aspects as well as through introductions to strategic partners.
