Project financing expert Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch leads the team at Greenberg Traurig Grzesiak sp. k., which is adept at advising on cross-border transactions, landlord and tenant, acquisitions, dispute resolution and development matters. The practice is aided by the firm’s International presence, and its client portfolio includes international institutional investors, developers, financial institutions, pension funds, construction companies and municipalities. Transactional lawyer Agnieszka Stankiewicz, German-qualified Radomił Charzyński  and senior associate Kamil Majewski are also key names.
