Eric J. His diversified experience involves all aspects of intellectual property, including enforcing and/or defending proprietary IP positions through litigation both in several of the U.S. District Courts, as well as before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC); managing patent and trademark portfolios; analyzing technology for patent pursuit strategies; overseeing the invention disclosure process; preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent, trademark, and copyright applications; contentious proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), including inter partes reviews (IPR) and trademark oppositions and cancellations; preparing infringement and patentability opinions; the acquisition and sale of intellectual property; licensing agreements, and Internet-related transactions.
