Career

Anika Mitzkait is a partner in the finance department. She focuses her practice on national and international financings for real estate transactions of all asset classes.

Her practice covers a wide range of finance-related matters of real estate investments, starting from development financings via acquisition financings through to restructurings, and also includes any refinancings of the lenders, whether by syndication, securitization or loan sales.

Anika advises national and international banks, as well as private and institutional investors. She has a broad experience in advising Pfandbrief-based loans and is familiar with all their specific characteristics. The range of her advice also includes multi-layered finance structures, whether for the senior, mezzanine or junior lender. Additionally, Anika handles the refinancing and restructuring of existing financings, distressed debt in particular.
