Position

Alejandro is part of the corporate, M&A and real estate practices, and of the automotive & manufacturing, consumer goods, energy & natural resources, and financial services industry groups of our firm. He regularly advises leading companies, domestic and international, in both local and cross-border deals, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, financial transactions, as well as energy projects. His real estate experience includes complex transactions and regularization of properties for projects of different industries.

His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate and real estate law. He also has broad experience in financial transactions and energy and natural gas projects. He has advised leading companies, domestic and international, on corporate strategy and restructuring, mergers, foreign investment and real estate law. Alejandro regularly leads the corporate and strategic projects he represents. He also specializes in the structuring and coordination of transactions that involve multiple jurisdictions, including Latin America and the United States. His real estate experience includes highly complex real estate transactions and regularizations of properties for projects in the sector.

Indeed the firm is both full service and oriented towards relationships with its clients (as opposed just a transactional footing), and organised in terms of industry groups: with consumer goods, automotive and manufacturing, energy and natural resources, financial services and real estate all being areas of particular expertise, and the life sciences and pharmaceutical sector being a sector of significant growth.
