Career

She has participated in commercial and administrative lawsuits before Mexican local and federal courts. Her experience includes administrative law, constitutional challenges of acts of authority, commercial and civil proceedings, as well as class actions. She has also taken part in national and international arbitrations and is an expert in the granting of interim measures. Jessika was an intern in one of the most prestigious arbitration organizations of the United States. There she gained experience in the administration of commercial arbitrations. Her practice also covers breach and termination of contracts, civil liability, consumer goods and public contracting in the electric, oil and gas and maritime sectors. She has advised clients facing bankruptcy and restructuring on the commercial strategies that reduce the risks of bankruptcy.
