Alejandro has 20+ years of professional experience. He has advised national and international clients, mainly from the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, food and retail industries, in the effective design of strategies for import and supply chains, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in manufacturing programs, customs consultations, import and export strategies of products, among others.

He has also advised clients on corporate governance and compliance issues, implementing anti-corruption, money laundering and data privacy programs and policies, FCPA investigations, as well as providing trainings on such matters.
