Career
Eduardo joined Rubio Villegas y Asociados, S.C. in 1992, as Associate, he became Partner in 1998. He has extensive experience in the representation of domestic production as well as foreign clients in antidumping items, countervailing duty, safeguard investigations, counseling either foreign manufacturers and international trading companies as respondents or Mexican companies as petitioners.
In addition, Mr. David’s practice also includes international transactions, such as mergers acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and the representations of multinational insurance companies in Mexico.
