Career

Claudio advises companies on strategic labor planning and on individual and collective employment-related litigation. He advises on preventive consultancy in human resources issues, particularly in complex, domestic and cross-border transactions. He has also counseled clients on executive compensation and employee benefits, pension plans, migration, mobility and negotiations with unions.

Claudio has broad experience in labor relations in the energy, construction and aeronautic industries, particularly on employees´ termination proceedings, individual and collective disputes.

In recent years, he has become a leader in labor consultancy services provided to different oil companies with respect to its investments in Mexico for the operation of joint production agreements under the new energy legislation. He also has represented national and foreign funds in their investment projects in the country.
