Luis Antonio has more than ten years of experience consulting for national and international firms in fiscal issues, particularly with respect to restructurings, M&A, energy, real estate and infrastructure projects and financing transactions. Likewise, he has extensive experience in the representation of individuals and corporations before the tax authorities including tax refunds, authorizations and tax rulings.

He also has expertise in international fiscal law, and especially in fiscal planning, double taxation treaties, anti-abuse regulations and permanent establishment of businesses abroad. He has written several articles with respect to domestic and international tax issues.
