Alejandro is currently a partner with Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar, S.C. He regularly advises on a wide variety of financing transactions both domestic and cross-border; securitization transactions; domestic and international placements, merger and acquisitions transactions, mostly in the financial sector, and in compliance and regulatory matters.

In 2017 Alejandro obtained the certification in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism issued by the Banking and Securities Commission of Mexico.
