The practice area led by Mr. Peniche focuses on adding and creating value in the practice of labor and employment law, representing and advising multinational companies in relation to the transformations in the employment market, the best employment compliance practices; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with local and national unions; creating and operating effective hiring structures; personnel training workshops and manuals regarding health and safety regulations, protocols to prevent discrimination, and investigation of violence, sexual harassment and harassment at the workplace cases; consulting on the implications of labor law compliance in commercial transactions; hiring and termination of personnel; and high level litigation before local and federal authorities.

Mr. Peniche´s legal services have been recognized and recommended by many publications, including, Chambers and Partners Latin America. He has also been consistently recognized as LACCA approved by the Latin America Corporate Counsel Association.

Mr. Peniche is part of our ESG practice, he has a deep understanding of ESG matters, in particular as they relate to employment policies that include diversity standards, and internal compliance with human rights best practices.
