Position

Coral is an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate and Capital Markets team.  She advises clients in relation to initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures.  Prior to joining the firm Coral practised at Herbert Smith in London, Hong Kong and Bejing and Paul Hastings in Beijing where she worked on various cross-border transactions involving Chinese companies in the mainland China and Hong Kong market.

Career

Trained at Herbert Smith, qualified in 2012 and joined Paul Hastings (Bejing), joined Kerman & Co in 2017.  Kerman & Co combined with Armstrong Teasdale in 2021.
