Nicola Bruce is an Associate in the Private Client & Trust department of Conyers Dill & Pearman’s Bermuda office.Nicola trained at a ‘magic circle’ law firm in London, gaining exposure to corporate law, finance law, trust law and litigation. She continued at the firm post-qualification, advising the trustees of large pension trust funds on various issues including trust law, trustee duties, trust amendment, investment projects, death benefits arrangements, contracts with third parties and litigious matters.Nicola moved offshore, to Conyers, Dill & Pearman (Bermuda) in January 2013, in order to concentrate on international private client work. She has had some exceptionally high-quality exposure at Conyers, advising clients in connection with the creation of new trusts, the management and re-structuring of existing trusts and estate matters.
