Jessica Harris is an Associate in the Corporate department in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Jessica’s practice includes all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on (re)insurance law and regulation, including the formation, licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements for Bermuda captives, special purpose insurers in the insurance-linked securities sector and commercial (re)insurers.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Jessica qualified as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department at Appleby (Bermuda) Limited, with particular experience in commercial litigation/arbitration, (re)insurance litigation, insolvency and restructuring, regulatory compliance, solvent liquidations, employment and immigration matters and derivative transactions.
