Philippa Gilkes is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice in the Cayman Islands office of Conyers. Philippa’s practice involves advising clients on a wide spectrum of commercial and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Conyers in 2019, Philippa worked in the corporate department of a leading Australian law firm where she specialised in corporate governance and compliance, trust and taxation law. Philippa has advised a broad range of clients, from institutional and publicly listed companies in the property industry to charitable entities in the not-for-profit space. Philippa also has particular technical expertise advising on the regulation of foreign investment and takeovers in Australia.
