Luiz Paulo Romano focuses his practice on federal tax litigation at administrative level, representing domestic and international clients in disputes with the federal revenue authorities and in proceedings before the Administrative Tax Appeals Council (CARF). He also has a strong practice in local litigation, assisting domestic clients in tax regimes, resolution of disputes before the Federal District’s tax entities, and in proceedings before the Administrative Tax Appeals Tribunal (TARF). In court litigation matters, he is well versed in annulment actions, ordinary suits, and tax enforcement claims before the Brasília courts and the Federal Regional Court, First Circuit.
