Giancarlo Chamma Matarazzo advises domestic and international clients from different industries. Giancarlo concentrates his practice in domestic and international tax law, with significant experience and expertise in tax, estate and succession planning; international treaties; administrative and judicial proceedings, non-resident taxation; individual and corporate income taxation; federal taxes; taxation of M&A transactions; taxation of financial and capital market transactions; and accounting.
In 2005 he worked as Assistant Professor of the University of Leiden in the LL.M focused on International Taxation. Also in 2005 Giancarlo acted as foreign associate at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Rotterdam).
