Nicole Recchi Aun represents clients from the health industry in Brazil. Her practice consists in the legal and regulatory advisory to companies engaging in pharmaceuticals, health products, cosmetics, hygiene products, sanitizing products, food, agrochemicals, agricultural products and beverages. She advises on a variety of matters of interest to the sector, with a focus on clinical trials, import, sale and advertising of products regulated by public health surveillance, digital health, innovation and technologies in health, sensitive health data protection, compliance, production development and technology transfer partnership with public pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology, plant variety protection, biodiversity, and practices in M&A transactions and corporate structuring of companies from the health industry, including startups.
