Camila Carvalho Gomes is specialized in corporate and M&A transactions, advising both on the sell-side and on the buy-side. She has extensive experience in transnational transactions, private equity acquisitions, strategic transactions, joint ventures and transactions involving large local and international publicly-held companies from a wide array of industries. Besides her experience in M&A, Camila has extensive practice in capital markets transactions involving public offerings and corporate restructuring of publicly-held companies. Camila acted in the intended creation of a joint venture between Embraer and Boeing, in the successful transaction of acquisition of Avon by Natura & Co. (which was innovative in various aspects) and, also, in the private capital increase and subsequent public offering of Natura & Co.
