Alexis Medina is a Senior Associate at Morgan & Morgan.

Mr. Medina has over 15 years of experience in the Wealth-Management and Private Banking industry, focusing on company formation, design and implementation of cross-border structures and wealth planning and management.

Since 2008 through 2013, Mr. Medina was the Executive Director of the Morgan & Morgan´s office in Singapore, dedicated to providing qualified legal advice as a foreign Law Practice, as well as services on corporate structuring, private foundations, trusts, and ship registration. Prior to becoming head of our Singapore office, Mr. Medina gained experience as an Associate attorney at MMG Trust (Panama), S.A., headquarters fiduciary activities of Morgan & Morgan in Panama; as well as Fiduciary Officer at Dresdner Private Banking International (DBPI), Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika AG, (DBLA), Panama Branch.

As a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Mr. Medina has held several committee positions, both in the Panama and Singapore branches. He is also a member of the National Bar Association of Panama.

Mr. Medina has authored “The Supply Contract under Panamanian Public Contracting Law”, 1997.

Mr. Medina obtained an LL.B. from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua (1997) and a LL.M. from the University of Boston, U.S.A. (1999).

He is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
