Focus on cybersecurity, data protection, artificial intelligence, big data, tech sourcing, licensing, e-commerce, fintech and telecommunications. Represents broad range of clients, including financial institutions, communications, aeronautics and digital media companies in data management, outsourcing, systems integration and other complex commercial transactions. Regularly assists clients as breach coach (cyber readiness and response).
