Various leading Canadian, US and European companies in the rail, trucking and bus industries as well as the mining sector consult him for his in-depth experience and expertise. He is regularly involved in complex National and International transactions involving rail and road transportation businesses. He also appears before administrative tribunals, agencies and the courts in regulatory, safety compliance and liability matters.
