Position
Lindsay’s practice involves all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration with an emphasis on contract, construction, environmental and energy disputes.
Lindsay regularly acts for clients in matters at all levels of court in Alberta. She also represents clients in regulatory proceedings, including before the Alberta Energy Regulator and the Alberta Securities Commission, and in matters before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Lindsay is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). She regularly advises clients regarding domestic and international arbitration and has particular expertise in arbitrations involving major projects and the construction and oil and gas industries.
