Acting on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions, Jeff represents both publicly traded issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange and private companies. As a trusted adviser, Jeff has acted on behalf of issuers, underwriters and dealers in both public and private M&A transactions as well as offerings of equity, debt and hybrid securities, including sustainable finance structures, as well as assisting clients with corporate governance matters and continuous disclosure compliance obligations with a focus on sustainability and inclusion related disclosure and governance.
