Position

With 15 years of experience, Anne-Carine Ropars-Furet is a seasoned litigator who assists French and international companies before French courts in connection with shareholder conflicts and litigation regarding specific issues of French company law.

She represents, among others, investment funds in relation to the settlement of issues with corporate officers and the cancellation of General Assembly. Notably, she advised a financial institution and obtained the annulment of a fraudulent capital increase, based on an unjustified share premium. She also helped key executives to challenge abusive dismissals without sufficient grounds, and she has assisted clients with the execution of a shareholders agreement.

In addition, Anne-Carine advises industrial companies, middle-sized companies, clinics, and laboratories on non-execution of contracts issues. She assists the largest group of private clinics in France in the settlement of conflicts with practitioners in connection with breach of contracts issues, and she represents clients seeking compensation for loss and damages caused.

Anne-Carine also has particular expertise in property lease litigation, commercial lease litigation, and product liability claims.
