White & Case’s Melbourne team focuses predominantly on renewable energy transactions and oil & gas projects, in which it tends to handle financing arrangements. It is also well-known for advising international clients on the development of offshore windfarms. Brendan Quinn has impressive credentials in project financing, acting for financiers, borrowers and sponsors in connection with large-scale conventional and renewable energy mandates. Andrew Clark stands out for his leading role in significant renewable energy projects across Australia and Asia, whereas John Tivey is well-regarded for his work in cross-border mining projects. Jared Muller and Adeline Pang are also core members of the group. The team has been boosted since Christopher Flynn has joined from Gilbert + Tobin.
