MHR & Partners in association with White & Case LLP advises domestic companies on overseas investments and multinational corporates in their endeavours on the Egyptian market. Financial institutions, government-related enterprises, and government bodies are also part of the firm’s client roster. The department handles matters under English, Egytpian and US law and can leverage a global network for complex cross-border matters. Philip Stopford, Ziad Gadalla, Tarek Mohanna and Sherief Rashed jointly lead the practice and are involved in project finance and Islamic finance, amongst others.
