Kevin J. Sullivan is Co-Head of Weil’s U.S. Private Equity practice and Co-Managing Partner of the Boston office. He advises on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and growth equity investments. He regularly represents private equity investors in sponsors on leveraged buyouts and minority investments across a number of industries, including media, technology, consumer and sports and entertainment. He also has broad M&A experience counseling corporate clients on transactions and a variety of general corporate and compliance matters.
