Career

Allison Liff represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as corporate clients, globally in a wide variety of debt financing transactions, including acquisition financings, asset based lending, recapitalizations, liability management transactions and restructurings. Her sponsor clients include Advent International and many of its portfolio companies (including Culligan International, NielsenIQ, Serta Simmons and Sovos), Aquiline, CVC, GI Partners, Goldman Sachs and her corporate clients include Black Knight and Fidelity National Financial. Prior to rejoining Weil in 2013, Allison spent six years at Goldman Sachs, where she was a Managing Director and head of the Leveraged Finance Legal team, responsible for the Americas Financing Group (including large cap and middle market leveraged finance and restructuring) and the bank debt portfolio group.
