Career

Adé Heyliger is a partner in Weil’s Public Company Advisory Group. He regularly advises public and private companies, foreign private issuers, pre-IPO companies, private equity firms and portfolio companies on a broad range of SEC disclosure, securities regulation, and corporate governance and compliance issues. His diverse practice encompasses counseling companies in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital markets transactions and bankruptcy/restructuring matters. Adé routinely advises public company boards on various governance matters, including internal investigations, independence determinations, leadership structures and ESG and sustainability matters, and matters relating to shareholder engagement and activism. Prior to Weil, Adé served in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance.
