Arbitration, Litigation and Insolvency and Restructuring
He represents large and medium-sized foreign and domestic clients in international and domestic arbitration, judicial proceedings of strategic interest to the clients, and provides corporate advice and mediation. Seijo mainly acts in discussions related to corporate law and corporate contracts.

Bar Admission: Brazil. Member of the Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo (IASP), the Instituto de Direito Privado (IDP) and the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr).
He holds a degree in Law from Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA) and he is a Doctor (PhD) and Master in Civil Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC). Professor of Private Law and Arbitration, he authored the book “Contrato de Fiança” (Saraiva, 2010) and articles on Private Law.
