He acts in the structuring of mergers and acquisitions transactions, provides tax advice in the creation of joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, transactions of capital market and project finance, tax planning,  as well as cross-border business and estate planning. Mr.Barrieu is an Officer and Director of the Center of Studies of Attorneys’ Partnerships.(CESA.).
