Jeff’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions in the energy (including renewables), chemicals, and telecommunications industries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has represented private equity and sovereign wealth funds, corporate issuers and acquirers, project developers and financiers, and their advisors, in numerous cross-border acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Jeff also focuses on high-yield bond financings and public and private debt restructurings.
