Career
A prolific trial lawyer, Pat has earned respect in the courtroom advocating on behalf of his clients. He has been on his feet talking to juries and judges his entire career. Whether it is Houston, Midland, or New York City, juries respond well to the same traits – straight talk, the ability to make complicated concepts simple, and a little good natured humor. He knows that most fights aren’t won at trial, however. They are won by quality writing, and Pat is backed by some of the brightest legal writers in the country. Pat concentrates on jury trials of commercial cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Society of Barristers.
