Neville is a Partner in our litigation group and heads up the Civil Fraud Practice Group. Neville has over 30 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of civil fraud. He has acted for John De Lorean, the liquidators of Arrows Limited in a fraud of over £300 million, Sheikh Khaled Al Sabah, the only successful Kuwaiti Defendant in the Grupo Torres litigation and for Rabobank in its dispute with NWB. Recently Neville obtained judgment for BPL in its claim against the Mekni family and for the last 10 years has acted in a Guernsey Trust fraud dispute.

Commercial dispute resolution group head in London Mark Davenport is also global international commercial disputes head; Neville Byford has over 25 years’ litigation experience; Richard Little's experience includes high-value actions in the Commercial Court; and Jonathan Leach has particular expertise in energy, trade and finance related disputes.  Lucy Webster and Tim Browning are experienced principal associates, and legal director Rachel Bennet was hired from Enyo Law LLP.
