Position
Krzysztof Feluch is an attorney at law on the M&A team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.

Career
He has nearly 20 years of experience providing legal advice to businesses. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland Wierzbowski he was the legal director at ISD, the largest Ukrainian investor in Poland and purchaser of Huta Częstochowa and the Gdańsk Shipyard. He also worked in leading Polish and international law firms.
Krzysztof advises numerous clients on equity and real estate transactions as well as mergers. He works for leading steel and shipbuilding companies. He advised on the sale of shares of Ivona Software, a leading Polish IT company, to Amazon. He represented the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) in numerous motorway construction proceedings.
He has extensive experience in joint-venture projects, including a pioneering joint project of the Industrial Development Agency and GSG Polska for creation of the first wind turbine manufacturer in Poland for European wind farm operators. He advised Rolls-Royce on establishment of a service center at the Port of Gdynia.
