Adam Nierzwicki is an attorney-at-law in the Labor Law team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland. He focuses on terminations, employment litigation and whistleblowing.
He has over 10 years of experience supporting international and domestic business in HR matters, often including large scale employers who are household names. Adam’s experience includes managing local, multi-jurisdiction and cross-border HR projects. He gives pragmatic and solution-driven advice for both HR and legal teams to help them overcome labour law challenges and apply most the efficient approach to ER matters.
He advises on multitude of day to day and strategic issues such as contractual employment documentation, working time management, internal policies, performance management, equality, bullying and harassment investigations, data protection, TUPE as well as social insurance matters.
